Following renovation and reconfiguration of the studio there are 5 deskspaces available ranging in size and price from £200 to £300 pcm inc:

1) The left half of the two person round oak desk in photo 3 is £200 pcm inc. It's 140cm across and with 4x 120cm shelves.

2) The 3.1m glass desk is a two person space. Either £250 pcm inc. each for individuals or the whole desk is £450 pcm inc. for 2 people working together. 4x 2.2m shelves plus a freestanding bookcase.

3) The gold coloured half of the two person red & gold round table in photos 4, 5 & 6 is £250 pcm inc. It's 160cm across and with 4x 120cm shelves.

4) The large 2.2m wooden 1970s designer desk with metal legs is £300 pcm inc. for one person or £350 for two sharing. It includes 4x 2.2m long shelves.

Prices include everything; gas, electric, rates, cleaner & 150mb fibre broadband. Terms are 1 month deposit and 1 month in advance ongoing by standing order. 3 months notice to quit.

There's a kitchen, central heating and indoor loo (other studios in the Yard only have an outside loo and a fan heater!

We’re right on the edge of the Elephant & Castle development zone, with loads of new shops, bars and restaurants. The Electric Elephant cafe is next door plus also pubs and restaurants a few minutes away towards Kennington.

There's great transport links from Kennington (1 stop from Waterloo) and Elephant & Castle tube stations and Elephant & Castle Thames Link overground station - all less than a 5 minute walk, plus numerous bus routes to just about anywhere in London.

The Yards are a unique community of small businesses. In our studio we’re looking to share like-minded people; others working in the studio include; illustrators, graphic artists, photographers, designers, film-makers and architects. We're creatives not corporate.

Access is 24/7 and the Yard is very secure with large wrought iron gates that are locked in the evenings and on weekends. Pease note, this is NOT a live/work space & it's not suitable for music production or industrial processes. If you'd like to have a look around please call Gareth
